We are looking for enthusiastic, driven Sales Development Representatives to join our awesome team.

Who We’re Looking For
 
You’re a sharp, enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who has the ability to identify and engage prospective customers. You’ll probably have:
 
  • B2B sales / lead generation background AND
    • Digital solutions experience OR
    • Recruitment industry experience
  • quality hustle, polished business acumen, a love for technology, a desire to improve, and a great sense of humor

What to Expect from the Role
 
Working from home, we’ll provide you with the all the tools and support to help you feed our sales pipeline with pre-qualified opportunities.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Drive sales development in assigned territories
  • Qualify both inbound leads as well as outbound prospects
  • Invest time corresponding and engaging with key stakeholders of medium to large businesses – on the phone, by email, via web conference, networking, social media outreach etc
  • Schedule meetings and create revenue opportunities for Sales Consultants
  • Evangelise the graylink brand and offering, and educate prospects on best practices we’re seeing in the marketplace
  • Manage and monitor your work using Pipedrive and other sales tools & technologies
  • Contribute to a collaborative working culture which recognises leading by example, inspiring peers, and being awesome.
