A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification or relevant experience in a hospital administration environment. Previous experience in a supervisory capacity will be an advantage. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. An understanding of the private healthcare industry will be an advantage. Solid knowledge of patient administration systems, policies and procedures. Solid knowledge of human resources policies and procedures. Displays good planning and organising skills. Well developed problem solving and decision making skills. Understands the interrelationships between business processes. Ability to inspire, motivate and guide the team towards goal accomplishment and encourage teamwork. People management skills with specific reference also to mentoring skills. Above average client service and liaison skills.
