Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Public Relations as a recommendation. Minimum of 5 years experience in the service / hospital industry. Ability to function on a management level with experience of strategy formulation / implementation. Sound knowledge of the relevant Mediclinic Patient Experience Policies and Procedures. Demonstrate the ability to apply coaching principles and techniques that enable a service orientated behaviour by staff. Good interpersonal and listening skills are required. Superior communication skills and an enthusiasm for the service environment. Effective Negotiations skills. Demonstrate good systems thinking ability. Ability to function effectively under pressure. Proficient in the utilisation of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Valid driver’s licence (Code 08/B) and own reliable transport.
