Position available for a Packhouse Manager in the fresh produce sector. As Packhouse Manager you will take responsibility for the whole packhouse, organising and managing the workload and staff.The manager must be able to lead and inspire his team to do their job thoroughly, even when morale is down.
Five years previous experience in a similar capacity is required. We are looking for a candidate who is young and energetic. Applicants should have extensive knowledge in food handling programs, like HACCP and Eurogap. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this position. Candidates should be driven, committed and enthusiastic.
