INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS AND SALES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

This two year rotational program offers opportunities for individuals to drive growth within a business, receive recruitment, commercial and leadership training and be part of a global network of operations and sales leaders.
Training is designed to develop key sales and business capabilities, strengthen leadership skills and enrich the Catenon Culture.
Members who have a high level of success on the program will be recognized for their contributions and will become part of the New Markets Team. They will formulate, in cooperation with the management team a “go-to-market” strategy, in order to strengthen Catenon´s position in the existing markets and propose new markets in which to expand.
Our training program is part of our Chairman´s commitment to grow Catenon´s commercial pipeline and aims to position Catenon as the Leading Global Talent Provider.
Requirements:
University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA degree from a well known Business School.
Native Country: Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom and USA.
The ideal candidate will have about a 4 year successful professional track record in an international environment.
Unrestricted work authorization for Madrid,Barcelona,Istanbul,Pune,Mumbai,Dubai,Munich,Dusseldorf,Brussels,Paris,Sao Paulo,
Amsterdam,Mexico,Hamburg, Copenhagen.
Experience in Sales, Business Development or start ups, in the service industry or different sectors. Experience in recruitment is valued.
Highly motivated to work in a multicultural environment.
Has been living abroad for 2 years or more. Having lived in the UK/USA/SPAIN is highly valued.
Geographic mobility.
Excellent level of English.
Strong business skills, client relations and entrepreneurial spirit are essential for success in this program.
