A relevant degree in Human Resources (Employee Relations and /or Labour Law subjects will be advantageous). A minimum of 3 years HR wellness experience within a corporate environment. Experience within the healthcare industry advantageous. Sound knowledge and application of Human Resources policies and guidelines essential. HR policy design and writing experience will be advantageous. Understanding and application of relevant legislative regulations, including Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and Labour Relations Act will be advantageous. Advanced understanding of Employee Wellness and Employee Engagement and Recognition principles and processes essential. Display good negotiation and communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. Upholds professional and organisational ethics and standards. Ensure client expectations are managed and service commitments are met. Follows a team approach and takes responsibility to support and reach team objectives. The ability to analyse and integrate new information. The ability to develop, prioritise and implement medium to long term plans in line with the organisational strategy. Availability to travel nationally throughout Southern Africa. Fully competent in MS Office Suite.
