A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. An understanding of the private healthcare industry. Previous supervisory experience is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Basic financial knowledge (reconciliations, debit and credit notes, etc.). Solid knowledge of rules and regulations regarding medical aid schemes. Solid knowledge of human resources systems, policies and procedures. Well developed problem solving and decision making skills. Understands the interrelationships between business processes. Good accuracy and attention to detail skills in order to maintain a high standard of work output. Good planning and organisational skills. The ability to inspire, motivate and guide the team.
