London, with travel. Circa £43,000
Capitalising on the recent launch of a new brand, and about to launch a new 5-year global strategy, Restless Development is taking up a position as the global banner carrier for youth-led development – demonstrating at the grassroots and policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role.
We have more than tripled the size of our budget and programmes in the past five years, and are on course to continue this upwards trajectory. We are seeking a talented International Fundraising & Marketing Director to join our Senior Management Team, and direct our global fundraising and marketing efforts.
With strategic thinking and hands-on fundraising abilities, you will lead and enhance an excellent team in generating income from a diverse range of sources, and contribute to organisational strategy and planning. Results oriented, you will have strong interpersonal and management skills together with a flexible and proactive approach. Previous experience in the international development or youth sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
The right person will be highly motivated and committed to our mission to place young people at the forefront of change and development.
