2 to 3 years experience in Java.
1 to 2 years experience in a commercial RDBMS, such as Postgres, Mysql, Oracle etc.
J2EE experience advantageous but not essential.
JBOSS experience advantageous but not essential.
Should have a good understanding of the J2EE framework and Application servers (JBOSS, Glassfish, Weblogic etc).
Candidates should self starters, self motivated and should be able to work with minimum supervision.
Candidates should be adaptable to work in a constantly changing environment.
Should have a good understanding of TDD and AGILE methodologies.
